Every vehicle has a slightly different tune-up schedule. Your best starting place is to check the owner’s manual. Otherwise, why not bring it in for us to take a look at. Up to recently, the standard recommendation was 3000 miles or 3 months. However, with new high-efficiency oils, that number has been extended to between 7500 and 10,000 miles. Since it depends on your vehicle, bring it in to have us take a look at it.

Industry standards stipulate that your tires should be rotated every 5000 to 6000 miles. If you’re not sure, schedule an appointment with the experts.

To ensure the continued health of your tires, check your tire pressure at least once a month.

If your brakes begin to get spongy, jittery, or make a lot of noise, it’s probably time to bring them in for a brake service. You may require new fluid, a caliper adjustment, new rotors, new brake lines, or new brake shoes.

It’s important that your brakes are checked during every tune-up. However, if you haven’t brought your vehicle in for a tune-up in a while, be sure to have your brakes checked every 10,000 miles or so. If anything feels off, be sure to stop driving and schedule an appointment right away!
